High gloss or Matte
The floor panels are made of high-quality MDF – also known as HDF – and are available in a matte and glossy finish. After the primer, 3 layers of lacquer are sprayed onto the panel and finally provided with a matte or high gloss finish for extra protection.

High Gloss
ExpoFloor High Gloss provides a reflective floor surface in which walls, objects, and lighting are clearly reflected. Ideal for spaces that benefit from a luxurious, spacious appearance.
Mat
ExpoFloor Mat has a calm, even appearance with minimal reflection. The matte surface softens light incidence and prevents glare, providing a subdued, professional foundation for any stand design.

The TV world is particularly enthusiastic about the high-gloss black ExpoFloor panels. In most TV shows in the Netherlands and Belgium where this type of floor is seen, the black ExpoFloor panels are used. The high degree of reflection of light effects and the exclusive appearance make these panels highly sought after.

The ExpoFloor panels in the colors white and black are available from stock in both high gloss and matte.
The floor and wall panels from Exposupply are available with a matte and high-gloss finish. The instrument for measuring the gloss rate of the panels is set at 60°. The high-gloss finish of ExpoFloor is at 95 (out of 100 theoretically). For the matte finish, the gloss rate is 7-9 (for dark colors) and 8-10 (for light colors).
It depends on the application, the intensity of use, and how they are handled after the event. The panels are equipped with a hard top layer. On average, the ExpoFloor panels are used 1 to 4 times.
ExpoFloor panels can be seen as an alternative to carpet or laminate. The panels are therefore not an independent system.
It is common for the edges of the floor to be finished with an (aluminum) corner profile.
Per floor panel, 2 HDF strips of 700 mm x 14 mm are included. That means 100 strips with a pallet of 50 m2 and 200 strips with a pallet of 100 m2.
The ExpoFloor panels have a groove all around. By placing the supplied HDF strips into the grooves of the panels, they can be easily slid together. The outer edge is often screwed down with an angle strip.
Any RAL color can be ordered on request. In some cases, a minimum order quantity applies. Contact us for more details.
The ExpoFloor panels are usually placed on a raised floor. It obviously depends on how completely flat the floor is.
